Applicants are now invited to apply for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program, a launchpad for rising changemakers from the Atlantic Basin and Africa who are shaping the future through action, innovation, and dialogue.

Following the program, participants join the Atlantic Dialogues, a high-level annual conference held from December 11–13, 2025, engaging directly with global decision-makers and thought leaders from around the Atlantic Basin for open, informal discussion on cross-regional issues.

Eligibility:
- They are seeking passionate young professionals who are:
- Aged 25-35 years old (as of May 7th, 2025)
- Citizens or residents of countries in the Atlantic Basin (Africa, North/Central/South America, Europe, or the Caribbean)
- Fluent in English
- Available for the full period (December 7–13, 2025)
- Demonstrating leadership potential and a strong professional track record
- Committed to creating impact in their communities and fields (public, private, civil society)
- Eager to engage across cultures and contribute to the Emerging Leaders and Atlantic Dialogues networks.
